All About MindSync
When was the last time you said something positive about yourself?

How we speak to ourselves matters; it tremendously impacts how we feel and what we do.
According to the National Science Foundation, an average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts daily. Of those, 80% are negative, and 95% are repetitive thoughts.
This is a major reason so many people are only reaching a fraction of their potential; they repeatedly think negative thoughts that shape their words that ultimately create their reality.
One way to replace those negative thoughts with positive self-talk is by practicing positive affirmations.
Positive affirmations are a self-help technique that promotes self-confidence and belief in your own abilities. By saying positive statements aloud, your brain will rewire in a way that helps you manage negative feelings, thoughts, and situations; this is called neuroplasticity.
In addition to helping you reprogram your subconsciousness, some of the numerous benefits of using affirmations include decreasing worry, fear, and anxiety, improving your relationships with others, improving the quality of your life, and many more.
MindSync & Positive Affirmations
MindSync is an affirmation programming tool that delivers affirmations of your own voice through a binaural process.
A binaural process is a cognitive process that combines the different auditory information presented to each ear. In MindSync, the auditory differential is 8Hz in each ear; this creates a third message in the center of the brain that supersedes the subconscious barrier.
Although you will find tools that support the practice of affirmations, no other tools can provide the same process and benefits as MindSync. Below, you can learn how to use the module step-by-step and begin elevating your affirmation experience today!
Using the MindSync Module
To access MindSync, log in to your AO Scan Technology account. On the homepage, you will find all the scans and modules available. Select ‘AO MindSync.’
When the AO MindSync page opens, you will see all the features and settings.
Start by selecting your affirmation script. You may select a script already provided in the module or choose the ‘Custom (60 seconds)’ to use your own script when recording. Select the button next to ‘Affirmation Script’ to change scripts, and a menu with all the scripts will appear.

Affirmations for Self-Confidence
After choosing your script, select the ‘Record Custom Affirmation’ to begin recording.
The affirmations will appear on the screen. You may read all the affirmations aloud or only say the ones that resonate with you at the moment. The number above the affirmation represents the remaining seconds available for the recording.
You can record as long as you want to or need to. You may stop recording at any time; reading the entire script is not necessary.
When you’re done recording, select the red ‘Record Custom Affirmation’ button to end the recording.
You will be redirected to the main AO MindSync page when you finish the recording.
The 'Play' button will be lit up, and your recording will be available to listen. However, we recommend changing the available settings every time after making a new recording. Your body may align best with a different music track, volume level, or offset Hz than what you used a previous time. Pay attention to your body and adjust the settings to what feels best for you.
The 'Offset Hz' setting allows both hemispheres of your brain to focus on the binaural separation from each ear when you listen to your recording. The Offset Hz has a difference of 8 Hz between each side. You can turn this setting off entirely, or have a low, mid, or high offset
The 'Music Track' setting adds music to your recording. When you click on the Music Track menu, the gallery of available music will appear.
The Music and Voice toggles allow you to increase or lower the intensity of the music and the voice of your recording. Feel free to adjust these settings depending on your preferences and surroundings.
The Play button will play your recording continuously until you exit the module.
Remember, the software will not permanently save your recordings. Every time you exit the module, you'll be required to record your affirmations to be able to hear them. Additionally, we recommend emailing yourself the recorded affirmations each time. This will allow you to listen to your affirmations multiple times during the day without having to record them each time.
Practical Applications
If you’re new to the MindSync module or creating your own affirmations, here are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind to get the best results.
Remember, the key to affirmations is patience and consistency. You will want to see results in days, but being consistent and finetuning your affirmation process will allow you to begin seeing a difference in yourself before you know it.
Take a minute to center yourself before recording your affirmations. Be present, clear your thoughts and voice (gargle, drink water, etc.).
Hold your device still when recording. Hold your head still and speak clearly.
Allow one to two seconds between your affirmations. Take your time saying each affirmation.
When using the scripts in your module, choose the most important and powerful affirmations that resonate with you at the moment. You don't have to read all the affirmations under each script.
Take your time and be intentional when you say your affirmations.
Use headphones or earphones when using the 'Offset' setting.
Adjust your MindSync settings for every new recording you play.
Be patient when playing your recording. The music will play before your voice comes on. Staying relaxed before listening to your recordings will help your mind focus and be ready to receive the affirmations.
When creating affirmations, focus on what you want, not what you don't want.
Positive affirmations should be stated as if they're already true. Feed your mind the end result.
Affirmations only work at a personal level. You can't use affirmations to change others, their circumstances, or opinions.
Affirmations should contain detail. Be specific.
Do your affirmations even when you don’t feel like doing them.
It may take time to begin hearing changes in your voice , and even much longer, in yourself. Stay consistent.
