    A: Solex develops technology and products that complement and improve the lives of all those who use our products. Additionally, we also provide a way for people to earn an income by selling Solex products and expanding our distributor network.

    Q: How do I get involved?

    A: To get involved and be a part of Solex, you must enroll through a sponsor. Contact the person that introduced you to our products to enroll. If you do not have a referral, please contact Customer Support.

    Q: Where is Solex™ located?

    A: Solex headquarters is located in Orem, Utah.

    Q: What are the “Solex™ Weekly Updates”?

    A: Weekly Updates are weekly calls where we give you the latest updates, announcements, top enrollers, giveaway winners, presentations from experts in frequency, scanning, medicine, and much more. Tune in on YouTube Premiere every Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. MST. You can also find our call audios on the Solex Podcast!

    Q: What is “Day of Discovery”, and how do I sign up?

    A: Day of Discovery is regularly a two-day event where QLAs from around the globe come to Utah for special trainings, new updates, new product releases, and much more! To enroll in the upcoming Day of Discovery event, you can purchase your ticket in your back office or contact our customer service team for more information.

    Q: What is Solex™ University?

    A: Solex University is an educational platform where you can take courses created by experts in medicine, frequency, and scanning to expand and strengthen your knowledge of the AO Scan Technology.

    Q: What are Solex’s™ plans for the future?

    A: In the next five years, we hope to reach 50 million homes with AO Scan. As this technology continues to develop, our users benefit from new features and updates. Our giveaways, vacations, prizes, etc., will continue to expand as our Solex family grows.

  • Q: If I have any questions what is the best way to reach Solex™?

    Q: Can I use my AO Scan™ username and password to log in to the back office?

    A: Yes! you can use the same login for both.

    Q: How do I reset my password?

    A: Please click the “Forgot my password” option on the login page of your back office and follow the instructions.

    Q: What is Solex’s return policy?

    A: Our return policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions legal document page 4 & 5

    Q: How do I access and use YouTube playlists?

    A: Go to YouTube and search for our YouTube channel Solex, LLC. Select the channel and subscribe. Once you’re on our YouTube page, select the ‘Playlist’ option at the top of the screen.

    Q: What are Solex’s shipping rates?

    A: USA & Canada is a flat rate of $10, outside of North America is a flat rate of $40.

  • Q: How do I find more information on Solex products?

    A: You can find more information about our products on our website, our blog, and your sponsor’s replicated site.

    Q: Can I purchase Solex products directly from Solex?

    A: All customers must enroll through a Solex distributor (QLA), this is the person that introduced you to Solex or our products. If you don’t have a sponsor, please call our customer service team for more help.

    Q: How can I buy Solex products?

    A: You can buy Solex products by enrolling as a retail customer, a preferred customer, or a distributor (QLA). When you become a preferred Customer or a QLA you automatically qualify for wholesale pricing.

    Q: What are Si Bin and Black Tourmaline products?

    A: Si Bin and Black Tourmaline both are rich in Negative Ions, together they provide lots of benefits such as strength, balance, EMF protection and lots more.

    Q: What products can be used with the AO Scan?

    A: All of our Si Bin and Black Tourmaline products can be used with the imprinting features of the AO Scan program. In addition, our supplements can be scanned and added to the 'Supplements/Therapies' feature for suggested usage according to your personalized scan results to supplement your body. Please note, this does not apply to prescribed medicine or treatments to treat an illness, disease, or any other health condition.

  • Q: What does the AO Scan do?

    A: Solex has compiled a database of over 120,000 unique Blueprint Frequencies. The AO Scan allows you to compare your body’s frequencies to these Blueprint frequencies to see which areas are out of balance and need support. The scan helps you learn about what your body is experiencing to help you make the necessary changes to reach a state of balance and improve the quality of your health.

    Q: Can I try AO Scan™ before I purchase?

    A: Absolutely! There are two ways you can try the AO Scan prior to enrolling and purchasing your subscription. You may contact the person that introduced you to the scan and ask for a demo, or you may contact the QLA and ask them to help you get an AO Scan Sample Pass to try the scan on your own device for 6 days.

    Q: How do I get AO scan™ on my phone?

    A: To get the AO Scan™ program on your phone you must enroll as a Preferred Customer or QLA. Upon enrollment, make sure to add your service subscription to your cart so that it can be automatically renewed every month. Once you have enrolled, you can go to the app.aoscan.com website and bookmark the page to your device’s homepage for easy access.

    Q: Can AO Scan™ be used with pets?

    A: Yes! The AO Scan™ has scans and features specifically for your pets

    Q: How often should I use AO scan™?

    A: As much as you’d like! The AO Scan™ holds scans and features that can be used multiple times a day. At the same time, we always recommend listening to your body to determine which specific scan or features would be of most benefit to you at the moment. It is not recommended to perform all the scans every day.

    Q: Do I need a bone conducting headset (Transducer) to use AO scan™?

    A: Although Bone Conducting Transducer Headsets are not necessary to use the scan, certain scans and features in the AO Scan™ will require using the headset for best results. For more information, review the AO Scan Program Guide to learn about the proper use of the Bone Conducting Transducer Headset.

    Q: Where can I learn more about the AO Scan™?

    A: If you do not yet have a Solex™ account but want to learn more about our company, our products, and our technology; the best resources will be our website, solexglobal.com, and our Solex™ LLC, YouTube channel. If you already have a Solex™ account, in addition to the resources mentioned previously, your back office and Solex™ University will be incredible resources to use!

    Q: What’s the difference between the AO Tablet and the AO Mobile device?

    A: There is no difference in the AO Scan™ technology between the AO Tablet and the AO Mobile device. Both have sim card slots, wifi capability, and durability. The tablet has a bigger screen for sharing and has a charging dock/ethernet option. The mobile device is more portable for travel and convenience

    Q: How much does the AO Scan™ Premium Subscription cost?

    A: $149 per month

    Q: Can I perform a remote scan?

    A: Absolutely! Please watch the following video to learn how to perform a remote scan.

    Q: What type of scans and features are available in the AO Scan™?

    A: The AO Scan™ offers a variety of scans and features such as Quick Scan, EZ Scan, Inner-Voice, Vitals Scan, Body Systems, Comprehensive Scan, and SEFI. In addition, you can imprint, broadcast, do pet scans, and much more!

    Q: Can I freeze my AO Scan™ Premium Subscription?

    A: Yes, subscriptions can be placed on hold/ be paused at any time. However, when your subscription is paused you will no longer have access to the AO Scan™ Technology and any accumulated loyalty credits will be forfeited.

  • Q: Is there a membership fee?

    A: There is no membership fee for retail customers and Preferred Customers. There is an annual membership fee of $49.00 for QLAs to all allow them to participate in the Solex™ Benefits Plan and manage their Solex™ business.

    Q: What does my Solex membership include?

    A: Your QLA membership gives you back office access, compensation for product commissions and bonuses, access to the private Facebook group, access to weekly giveaways and prizes, specialized customer support, and access to Solex™ university courses, your own marketing site, marketing materials, and more.

    Q: What is a Solex Distributor or QLA?

    A: Quantum Living Advocates/QLA’s are Solex™ Distributors. By enrolling as a QLA you have the ability to earn money through product commissions and building a team. Active QLAs have an active service subscription and pay an annual licensing fee of $49.00.

    Q: How do I sign up a new QLA or PC?

    A: Step 1: Visit your Back Office, once logged in click on Marketing Site

    Step 2: View products with your prospect on your Marketing Site

    Step 3: Complete checkout for the Solex Membership, AO Scan Premium Subscription and any other products they wish to purchase.

    Q: I just enrolled as a QLA, what do I do next?

    Q: What is the Solex™ Silver Coin?

    A: The Solex™ Silver coin is crafted from .999 fine silver (1 Troy ounce) and commemorates the launch of a new era of wellness! It is a limited edition coin that automatically enrolls you in the exclusive Solex™ Legacy Group!
