Solex Loyalty Program
The Solex Loyalty Program provides QLAs and PCs with a special reward for maintaining monthly orders on autoship.
After successfully processing three automatic orders, QLAs and PCs will receive a 30% off coupon that can be applied to one item in the back office*. The discount expires 30 days after the issued date.
This simple Loyalty Program rewards all QLAs and PCs, at no additional entry costs or requirements.

Loyalty Program FAQs

A: When you enroll as a QLA or a PC with Solex and create a monthly autoship, you will automatically become a part of the Solex Loyalty Program. To remain active and receive loyalty rewards, you must have a successfully processed monthly autoship of any eligible product (e.g., AO Scan Technology program, Prime, Brite, etc).
Enrollment orders and à la carte orders do not count as autoship or subscription orders. -
A: You will receive an email notifying you that you have a discount available. You will need to contact Customer Support to redeem the discount. The code will be valid for up to 30 days after receiving the email.

A: The discount code cannot be combined with other offers or discounts available at the time of redemption, such as Basic Training or Day of Discovery discounts.

A: All Loyalty Program discounts expire 30 days after receiving a notification that your discount is available. If the coupon is not used within 30 days, it will no longer be valid or able to apply to any orders.

A: After your subscription processes for three months, you will receive an email notifying you that you have a discount available. You will need to email or call our Customer Support team to redeem your discount.
The discount email will be sent to you the following month after your three-monthly subscriptions have been processed and commissions have been run.
For example, if you enrolled in January and have a monthly subscription processed January, February and March, you will receive the notification email in April after commissions process on April 10th.
Enrollment orders and à la carte orders do not count as autoship or subscription orders.

A: If you do not receive the email notifying you about your coupon, go to your back office to ensure your three subscription orders have been processed successfully for the previous three months. Ensure we have the correct email address on file and check your spam folder in your email. If the email on file is correct and you do not see the email in your spam folder, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Please remember, enrollment orders and à la carte orders do not count as autoship or subscription orders. -
A: Yes. The Loyalty Program discount only takes 30% off your order for one product. Taxes and shipping costs are not covered.

A: The 30% discount is available on one item, and does not apply to Solex University courses and reoccurring automatic orders. All other products are available for one-time purchases with the discount.

A: There are no PV requirements for monthly reccurring orders to qualify for the Loyalty Program discount every three months.

A: Yes! As long as an active autoship exists in your account and processes successfully for three consecutive months, you will still qualify for your 30% discount.

A: You can see and edit your monthly automatic orders in your back office. You can make changes to your order at any time and day.

A: You must have successfully processed subscriptions for three consecutive months. If your subscription needs to be paused for a month, you will start again in the first month when the subscription is reactivated.
