Qualifications for a Trip for One
Achieve a net increase of 15 new active PCs or QLAs (each with 100 points or more) during the qualification period from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. Please note that August is not required as a qualifying month.
You must maintain this net increase of 15 new active PCs and QLAs for three months during the qualification period. It’s important to note that you do not need to maintain the same 15 PCs or QLAs in each of the three qualifying months, and these months do not have to be consecutive.
Qualifications for a Trip for Two
Achieve a net increase of 25 new active PCs or QLAs (each with 100 points or more) during the qualification period from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. Please note that August is not required as a qualifying month.
To qualify, you must maintain this net increase of 25 new active PCs and QLAs for three months within the qualification period. You are not required to maintain the same 25 PCs or QLAs in each of the three qualifying months, and these months can be non-consecutive.
What is Your Baseline?
Your baseline is the total number of active Preferred Customers and QLAs in your organization as of August 31, 2024.
You can find a personalized banner displaying your baseline on the homepage of your back office.
For instance, if you had three active QLAs and two active Preferred Customers, your baseline would be 5 (your starting point). By adding a net increase of 15 active QLAs and PCs, your total number of active QLAs or PCs would reach 20, allowing you to qualify for a trip for one.
Qualify for the Trip by Ranking Up
Exciting news! When you rank up during the incentive qualification period, you’ll enjoy a reduction in the number of new active QLAs or PCs needed to qualify.
If you achieve multiple ranks, the reduction will depend on your highest rank reached. A new rank is considered "broken" once a QLA maintains that rank for three months.
For example, if you start as a Bronze in September 2024 and then reach the Sapphire rank for three months, you’ve successfully broken that rank.
According to the Rank Increase Benefits table, this will grant you a reduction of 20 from your qualification requirement. Does this mean you earn a trip? Absolutely! You’ll qualify for a trip for one because you only needed 15 new QLAs or PCs to qualify. With the Sapphire rank bonus, your requirement is fully covered.
However, does this qualify you for a trip for two? Not quite yet. To earn a trip for two, you need to maintain a net increase of 25 new active PCs and QLAs for three months during the qualification period. Since breaking the Sapphire rank only reduces your requirement by 20, you’re still short by five new active PCs and QLAs. To qualify for a trip for two solely through rank-ups, you would need to reach the Ruby rank.
Remember, you only receive the qualification reduction for your highest rank achieved. For instance, if you broke the Sapphire rank but also achieved Platinum and Pearl along the way, you cannot combine the reductions from these ranks. You will only benefit from the highest rank you’ve reached.
Trip for 1 Example:
According to the Rank Increase Benefits table, if you achieve the Gold rank during the qualification period, you’ll receive a reduction of 4 from your net increase requirement for a trip for one. This means your initial net increase of 15 will be lowered to 11.
After reaching the Gold rank, you’ll need to maintain a net increase of 11 new active PCs and QLAs for three months during the qualification period. You do not need to keep the same 11 PCs or QLAs each month, and the three qualifying months can be non-consecutive.
Trip for 2 Example:
The Rank Increase Benefits table shows that if you achieve the Gold rank during the qualification period, you’ll receive a reduction of 4 from your net increase requirement for a trip for two. This means your original net increase of 25 will be lowered to 21.
Once you’ve reached the Gold rank, you’ll need to maintain a net increase of 21 new active PCs and QLAs for three months during the qualification period. You are not required to keep the same 21 PCs or QLAs in each of the three qualifying months, and these months can be non-consecutive.
Direct Rank-Ups Help Everyone Qualify
Make this incentive trip a getaway for you and your team!
As QLAs in your direct downline achieve new ranks and enjoy the Rank Increase Benefits, you’ll also be rewarded for supporting their growth. The table above outlines the benefits you’ll receive when your direct QLAs rank up. Additionally, if a direct QLA breaks two or more ranks, you’ll receive a reduction based on the highest rank they achieve.
Trip for 1 Example:
A trip for one has a net increase requirement of 15 new active QLAs or PCs.
If you achieve the Gold rank, you’ll receive a reduction of 4, bringing your requirement down to 11. To reach Gold, however, you must have a direct QLA who breaks the Silver rank in your downline. When this happens, you’ll earn an additional reduction of 2, lowering your qualification requirement to 9.
Now, to qualify for the trip, all you need is a net increase of 9 new active PCs or QLAs for three months, and the trip is yours!
Trip for 2 Example:
A trip for two has a net increase requirement of 25 new active QLAs or PCs.
Achieving the Gold rank earns you a reduction of 4, lowering your trip requirement from 25 to 21. However, to reach Gold, you need a direct QLA in your downline to break the Silver rank. Once your direct QLA achieves Silver, you’ll receive an additional reduction of 2, bringing your qualification requirement down to 19.
Now, to qualify for the trip, all you need is a net increase of 19 new active PCs or QLAs for three months, and the trip is yours to enjoy with a guest!
